SMART - Line
The heart of the Smart-Line series of concrete block production plants is the PFS 1000 H or PFS 1300 machine.
Production uses boards which are stacked and manoeuvred in storage baskets during the curing period. The storage baskets are collected from the plant using a fork lift truck and transported to the drying area. The cured products are then returned to the plant using a fork lift truck. Fully automatic portal destackers are used for destacking. The empty storage baskets are automatically removed and re-loaded with fresh products on the wet side. The Smart–Line plant includes the following components
