Eco-Line
The PFS 1000 H or PFS 1300 machines are the heart of the Eco-Line concrete block production plants.
Production takes place on boards fitted with spacer feet. The foot height is dependent on the maximum product height manufactured by the plant. These boards are fed into the machine in stacks of 5 or 10 boards using a fork lift truck. The boards are then fed singly into the production machine. After production the boards are automatically stacked in batches of 5 or 10; these are then fetched by a fork lift truck and transported to the curing room.
The board-stacks containing the cured products are transported by fork lift truck from the curing room to the destacking zone where they are stacked into packages using FGH 1200 HPS stacking equipment. They are now ready for shipment. The emptied boards are returned to the production machine. The Eco-Line plant includes the following components
